  • Does this product take electricity?

    No, this system operates using the existing water pressure in your well without requiring any electrical power.

  • How much water does this product use?

    The system does not consume water. Instead, it recycles approximately one bathtub's worth of water per day through the Sulfur Eliminator and returns it to your well. The patented venting system safely releases sulfur gases into the atmosphere.

  • Will it cure my hot water smell?

    Yes, the sulfur gases are present in your cold water supply. Your hot water heater amplifies the odor, but the source is your well water, not a malfunctioning water heater.

  • Will this product work on any depth well?

    Yes, this system works on wells of any depth. Wells deeper than 400 feet typically require approximately 48 hours to completely eliminate the odor.

  • Will it fit or how big is the product?

    The unit is compact enough to fit beneath any standard well cover.

  • Will it freeze?

    No, the Sulfur Eliminator will not freeze and actually provides additional freeze protection for your well.

  • I do not have spigot?

    While spigots are now required by code for well heads, older installations may not have them. The system can be connected to any spigot in your well system, whether located at the well head or at the house.

  • Will it get rid of my other well water problems like for example. You may have red/black staining or a bad taste.
